📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are Delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (festivals, launches, or promotions), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days, but we’ll always keep you informed via email or SMS.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable and trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely.

🌍 Serviceable Areas
- Currently, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.

🧾 Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with a unique Order ID.
- Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link and courier partner name so you can follow your package in real time.

🔐 Secure Packaging
All R10 LUXE perfumes are packed in premium, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and report it immediately.
🕵️♂️ Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report the issue within 24 hours for us to investigate with the courier.
📦 Multiple Shipments
In rare cases, if your order contains multiple products from different warehouses, we may ship them separately. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
📮 Delayed Deliveries
While we always strive for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or local lockdowns
- Courier restrictions
- Remote locations
In such cases, we will proactively update you and ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
