1. Returns
Due to the nature of our product (perfume), returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
2. Refunds
Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges will be done within 3-5 working days.
4. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
