  • All orders are Delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (festivals, launches, or promotions), order processing may take an additional 1โ€“2 days, but weโ€™ll always keep you informed via email or SMS.

We partner with reliable and trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely.

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with a unique Order ID.
  • Once shipped, weโ€™ll send you a tracking link and courier partner name so you can follow your package in real time.

All R10 LUXE perfumes are packed in premium, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and report it immediately.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report the issue within 24 hours for us to investigate with the courier.

In rare cases, if your order contains multiple products from different warehouses, we may ship them separately. Youโ€™ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
